Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of scalinghigh.com and, together with your signed proposal or agreement, the services Scaling High Technologies provides. The signed agreement wins wherever the two differ.
Who we are
Scaling High Technologies is a digital agency registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Trade License 964594, providing SEO, web development, and graphic design services to businesses in the UAE, GCC, USA, and elsewhere.
Pricing and proposals
Prices published on this website are starting-from anchors: SEO from AED 1,500 per month, websites from AED 3,000, unlimited graphic design from AED 2,000 per month. Final pricing depends on scope and is fixed in a written proposal before work begins. Published offers (such as the SEO 12+1 promotion) apply as described at the time of signing and cannot be combined unless stated.
SEO engagements
SEO packages run on a 12-month agreement with monthly billing via card on file and auto-renewal, because meaningful SEO results take months to compound. We guarantee the work: the audits, optimization, content, and reporting described in your scope. We do not and cannot guarantee specific Google rankings, and you should not trust anyone who does.
Web and design projects
Web development is project-based against a written scope; changes outside scope are quoted separately before being built. The unlimited design subscription covers ongoing requests handled in queue order with a 3 to 4 working day typical turnaround; unlimited refers to the number of requests, worked one at a time per active slot.
Ownership
You own your deliverables. Domains and hosting are registered in your name and billed to your card from day one. Google Search Console, Analytics, and Business Profile live under your Google account with us added as a manager. Source files, design files, and code for paid work are yours on payment. When an engagement ends, you keep everything.
Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, accurate business information, and lawful content. We may decline or discontinue work that requires publishing unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for changes made to your website, accounts, or rankings by parties other than us, including search engine algorithm changes.
Termination
Project engagements end on delivery. Subscriptions can be cancelled per the notice terms in your agreement. SEO agreements run their 12-month term unless the agreement states otherwise. On any exit, we hand over accounts and files per the Ownership section.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
