When I started Scaling High Technologies in July 2021, I had no clients, no team, and no real idea how big this would get. What I had was a feeling. I never wanted to work a 9 to 5. I wanted the freedom to build something on my own terms, and I wanted that something to actually help people.
I was born in Gujarat, India, and moved to the UAE when I was two. I did my schooling here and went on to study Information Systems and Management at Manipal University. During college, I interned at a server assembly workshop, and what stuck with me was watching people sleepwalk through their days. That experience cemented something I had already suspected, I did not want to spend my life like that.
The first version of Scaling High was not a marketing agency. It was a one-man operation selling NFC-enabled, QR-coded business cards. I would walk five kilometers a day around Sharjah and Dubai business districts, knocking on doors, introducing a product nobody had heard of. Some weeks I made one or two sales. Some months I made zero. I got told no. I got told to leave the premises. I got blocked. I followed up endlessly.
Then one day I met a client who is still with us today. He asked, "Do you do Google SEO?" I had never provided SEO before. I said yes, took the project on, and that is where this business actually started.
From there, things grew. We added web development. Then graphic design. We went from one client to over 100. From one project to over 500. From me and my sister working out of a small space to a team across SEO, web development, design, and operations. We grew because we genuinely care, because we communicate, and because we treat our clients like partners, not transactions.
The road has not been easy. I have made mistakes. I have lost clients I shouldn't have. I have over-promised on things and had to learn how to scope work properly. I have hired people who didn't work out. I have spent nights debugging websites that weren't behaving. But every one of those struggles shaped how we work today.

The Beginning
Founded on 1 July 2021 by Mustafa Piplodi. Started as a fully remote venture selling NFC-enabled smart business cards. Worked door to door across Sharjah and Dubai.
Expanding the Offering
First SEO project landed almost by accident. We added graphic design, web development, social media management, and SEO services soon after. The marketing agency was born.
Building the Foundations
First repeat clients. First referrals. First case studies in the hardware and building materials industry. The model of being honest, accessible, and partner-focused started compounding.
Hitting Our Stride
Crossed 50 active clients. Team expanded beyond just the founder and his sister. Started serving clients across all seven emirates of the UAE.
Rebrand and Mission
Rebranded with a new logo and a sharpened mission. The mark was redesigned around the shubbak, the Arabic word for window, drawn from a window of the Jamea Anwar Al Hakim Mosque in Cairo. New tagline: Lead The Trend.
Scale and Reach
Crossed 100 businesses served and 500 projects delivered. Expanded into Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. First clients in the USA.

Our logo is built around the shape of a shubbak, the Arabic word for window. The specific design is drawn from a window of the Jamea Anwar Al Hakim Mosque in Cairo, a piece of architecture shaped centuries before us by hands that cared about beauty, geometry, and meaning. We chose it for three reasons.
A Window to Vision
The word shubbak literally means window. In our brand, the arch is an invitation to look within, an opening to new horizons, and a bridge to new experiences. Every project we take on starts with that same act, helping a business see itself, and its market, more clearly than before.
Transition and Growth
The arch is also a portal. A threshold between where a business is today and where it wants to be. Moving from invisible to found, from outdated to current, from a flat brand to one that actually carries weight. Our work happens on that threshold, and the logo reminds us of it every day.
