Compatibility

NFC Technology

The card uses NFC technology that allows users to share that information in a single tap. The following devices are NFC compatible, but even if a device is not compatible, you can still use your QR code to share information.

NFC is automatically activated for iOS:
Apple – iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, plus all future models.

NFC must be switched on for Android phones:

Google – Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3XL, Pixel 3A, Pixel 3aXL, Pixel 4, plus all future models.

Samsung – Note 8, 9, 10, 10+, plus all future models.
​
Galaxy – Galaxy SIII, S4, S5, S6, S6 Edge, S6 Edge+, S7, S7Edge, S8, S8+, S9, S9+, S10, S10 5G, S10+, plus all future models.

HTC – One M9, Desire 10 Pro, Exodus 1, U11/Life/+, Desire 12/12+, U11 Eyes, U12 Life, U12+, U19e, 19+, plus all future models.

All other phones work with the added QR code.

QR code

Each card has an added QR code that is capable of storing and sharing information. All phones running the latest version of iOS or Android have a built in QR code scanner. The QR code is added to guarantee compatibility.

Each plan includes an additional QR code sticker for those visitors who don't have access to data connectivity or wi-fi, let them scan this QR code and it shares your details. This QR code contains static data i.e. the details cannot be changed later.

My card does not work

  • Scan the QR code on your card.

    • If your information does not appear, it's likely that there is a problem with the QR code. Reach out to support@scalinghigh.com

  • Check for NFC compatibility (list added above). If the device is not compatible, you can still use the QR code to share information.

  • Tap on the tapping spots for better accessibility.​​

    • For iPhones: Make sure the phone is lit and tap at the top​

    • For Android phones: Make sure the phone is lit and tap at the center
